* Effectively evaluate our client’s current offerings and develop plans for upgrades and improvements
* Communicate the opportunities that social media tactics bring to our client’s current products as well as new products
* Train internal and external audiences on the use of Social Media products
* Understand the impacts of Social Media in the current marketplace and develop social marketing tactics that can be used in a highly regulated industry
* Serve as a project champion in the technology work group while understanding and addressing client needs
* Understand database design and implementation
