Kaplan is seeking a talented and driven Director of Web Marketing to oversee a variety of marketing and branding initiatives including global employment brand strategy for all of the Kaplan businesses. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with a passion for online marketing and technology. We are looking for a self-starter who can make strategic recommendations and project manage with a high level of independence.

Responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and oversee web based marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Pursue and negotiate strategic alliances.
• Work with business units on pan company initiatives.
• Champion and provide support for the assessment of the current state of the employment brand viewed by both internal employees and external candidates to help create the strategy for the employment brand.
• Work with senior management to develop a long-term global employment brand strategy for Kaplan.
• Provide project management, marketing and communications expertise to the HR and marketing departments in each Kaplan business in order to execute the employer brand strategy. Channels may include (but certainly not limited to) email, collateral, internet, and internal/external Kaplan websites.
• Assist with other corporate marketing projects and initiatives.
