Job Description and Requirements:
WebMD is looking for a community professional with a track record of building engaged online communities and managing experts and expert content. Candidate will be responsible for booking and coordinating qualified experts in health and wellness fields to write blogs, participate in live events, and host online health groups. This position also will establish and manage relationships between those experts, internal staff and community members to ensure healthy lines of communication. Must have an understanding of partner relationships and professional contracts.

Other responsibilities to include:
‘ Training of all new experts/organizations in the Exchange experience
‘ Monitoring performance of HPs by exchange, using reporting systems and analysis to determine HP effectiveness and traffic impact
‘ Managing guest-expert scheduling, booking and negotiations through sponsored and content programming.
‘ Leading all contracts through Human Resources, Legal and Best Practices
‘ Optimizing relationship between moderator staff and expert organization
‘ Coordinating all guest expert appearances, from vetting process to bio page build to participation
