This role involves elements of marketing, business development and customer service. The Community Manager will own the relationship with sellers from the time a seller is approved to sell on Abe’s , through the process of getting that seller’s page set up, to ongoing relationship management. The Community Manager will also coordinate various marketing programs and handle inbound calls and emails from both buyers and sellers and either address their questions directly or funnel them to the appropriate person on the Abe’s team. Finally, the Community Manager is expected to make outbound calls to both check in with current sellers and try to register new sellers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Become an expert on and its accompanying backend system.
2. Help new sellers through the onboarding process.
3. Coordinate marketing programs.
4. Answer inbound customer service calls Monday thru Friday from 10AM to 6PM EST.
5. Answer caller’s question or channel question to appropriate team member.
6. Log all service-related calls and emails and organize a database of service queries.
7. Call current sellers to understand what Abe’s can do to further satisfy them, and call prospective sellers to sign them up to sell on Abe’s .
8. Interface with management to outline common call types and develop action plans to fix issues that lead to such calls.
