We’re looking for an experienced, versatile, high-motor blog editor to hire and manage professional bloggers who curate and create original content for the largest audience on the Web. This person will set the strategy for and oversee the publication of blog content for programming on the Yahoo! network and consumption on the Web at-large.

The ideal candidate has extensive online media experience (blog experience preferred) and is adept at not only managing his or her own staff but also interfacing with other internal groups such as Yahoo! vertical properties, the Yahoo! front page team, etc. This person must have extensive knowledge of and interaction with outside entities, especially those in the blogosphere, as well as emerging trends and trendsetters in the world of new media.
