Brosix is looking to hire a professional blogger who will be responsible for Brosix social media activities.

Brosix is an Instant Messenger that is designed to improve communication in companies, organizations and teams. Everyone can go to our web site and build his/her own Instant Messaging Network in a minute and start using it right away. Having your own Instant Messenger for the communication in the office or between multiple offices brings great advantages.

Executive Summary

Brosix is an exciting business that has created an application for companies to use their instant message service on the enterprise level. They want to continue to communicate their company mission and message to the business community and to expose their product and service to a large number of potential customers and users of their application. They want to accomplish this through the use of blogging and social media and to be seen as company of choice in their area. Once people become aware of Brosix application they will provide word of mouth marketing to spread the word to others that might also be looking for their application. This proposal outlines the process for providing content for the Brosix blog.

Brosix Goals

The goals of this project are as follows:

  1. Create awareness of the Brosix website and application and increase brand awareness.
  2. Generate organic search traffic that will lead people to the website and business.
  3. Communicate company news and events as well as correspond the company mission and message.
  4. Become aware and responsive to people discussing the business online.
  5. Create brand awareness and community among the target market of customers seeking the service.
  6. Educate the customer to the use of the application and in turn create word of mouth marketing.

What will the blogger do

  • The blogger will post content on Brosix blog – 3 posts per week, each post to be between 200 and 300 words per post, incorporating as necessary photo, audio files or other such additional content. The blogger will also be responsible for interacting with the community (i.e. Brosix’ target market) by responding to comments on the blog.

    The blogger will be responsible for posting that content of their own making – text, pictures and videos.

    Monitoring of blog mentions.

  • Monitor the blogosphere for comments and posts related to Brosix and provide feedback to marketing and sales as needed.
  • Community outreach is the blogger’s time in participating in communities. The blogger will go out into the marketplace and comment on other blogs, in forums, and across the social mediasphere. They will leave a minimum of 20 such comments or conversation starters per month. The URL’s where this occurs will be reported to Brosix for their use and tracking.

    A Twitter page, a Facebook page and other social networking sites should also be opened for Brosix. This is different that responding to comments and moderating conversations on the Brosix blog.

    Commenting on related blogs (community and relationship building).
